Stephen is a police leader with 22 years of policing service with extensive experience in criminal investigations involving the protection of vulnerable and exploited populations. He currently co-chairs an Internal Support Network for East-Southeast Asian members with a commitment to working with diverse communities to ensure an inclusive and collaborative approach to public safety and well-being.
