To date, I have the honour of talking with psychologists, social workers, former MLA, lawyers, youth, Minister of cabinet, Vice Provost at a University, documentary film maker, former media broadcaster, and policy makers. Each episode ends with some calls to action so the listener can walk away with ideas they can think about, do, and do more of on their anti-racism journey.

Gurjeet stated that there is online hate against South Asian folks. He shares the psychological impact, reasons for disinhibition in an online environment, and ways to cope. He explains that names with "Jeet" mean "victory" and some are using the word in a racist way. He is passionate about helping individuals cope with anti-Indian hate.

Episode 126: Let’s Do Sabbath: Get to Know your Neighbours

Don shares that Jewish people are the most targeted for hate crimes in Canada. He said that the binary where he is white-passing and also experiencing racism is difficult. He voices the importance of getting to know your neighbours.

Episode 127: Dare to Dream: The Potential of Black Youth

Linda shares that she came to Canada from Nigeria, and her parents are wonderful role models. She is passionate about supporting Black students to thrive and says it is important to dare to dream. She calls for a systemic change so Black youth are seen for their potential.

Episode 127: Staying Connected Through Collective Healing

Reena was born in Edmonton and, from a young age, knew she cared about mental health and systems of oppression. She founded the BIPOC Healing and Wellness Centre to support racialized clients in grief and other concerns. She voices that there is racial battle fatigue, relational harm, and it is important to intentionally stay connected through collective healing.
